Design was always in Sara’s blood —
It just took her a
little while to realize it
Early memories of poring over her mom’s shelter magazines; convincing her grandmother to style her bed in a new way; loving art class for the opportunity to play with and meld disparate colors and elements; falling in love with her floral design electives in college; and constantly gravitating to the design and cooking section at the local bookstore seemed to be - in Sara’s mind - experiences without a common thread.
Time marched on and while Sara excelled on her decidedly left-brained path, her penchant for crafting creative experiences kept bubbling to the surface.
Marriage brought about the opportunity to craft a nest and soon multiple building and remodeling projects ensued. Sara fell in love with the process of interior design, but it truly was the notice of various friends and acquaintances seeing her abilities and asking her to tackle their projects that finally allowed her to uncover her innate passion and skill in helping people pull together chaotic parts of a project into a cohesive whole.
